The residence is located at 8152 31st Street, Jamestown, ND  58401.  The residence is a mobile home located on 2.3 acres of land. The mobile home is a one-story dwelling, a total of 800 square feet and was constructed in 1935.  The lot itself is 2.3 acres. The residence is a 1-bed, 1-bath home with a wooddeck area surrounding about 1/3 of the home. The appraised value, per the County Assessor,  is $65.760:  ($13,700 for the land and $52,060 for the residence)

2017 taxes were approximately $566.63 and have not yet been paid.  2016 taxes were $538.30 and have been paid.  There are no past due taxes per the County Treasurer’s office as of 5/31/18 but the current year taxes are now due.

The residence is located on the north/northwest side of Jamestown about 1.5 miles north of the City Center.  The property and residence are just east of Pipestem Lake.  Jamestown is located approximately 95 miles west of Fargo
